Senior Human Resources Manager

We are seeking a strategic and hands-on Senior HR Manager to help lead our People Operations across the employee lifecycle. This individual will partner with leadership to attract, develop, and retain top talent, ensuring our culture scales as we grow.

Responsibilities:
• HR Strategy & Leadership:
• Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with the company’s business objectives
• Act as a strategic partner to the leadership team on organizational structure, talent development, and change management
• Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding:
• Help with our recruitment processes, ensuring timely hiring of top-tier talent
• Collaborate with marketing to enhance employer brand presence in key markets
• Performance Management & Development:
• Design and implement performance review frameworks, OKRs, and feedback cycles
• Champion career development, learning programs, and internal mobility initiatives
• Culture & Engagement:
• Cultivate a high-performing, inclusive, and values-driven workplace
• Design and lead employee engagement surveys, action plans, and wellness programs
• Compensation & Benefits:
• Benchmark and optimize compensation structures and benefits offerings
• Partner with Finance on workforce planning and budgeting
• Compliance & Operations:
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and HR best practices across all regions
• Maintain and improve HRIS and internal documentation (policies, handbooks, etc.)
Qualifications:
• 7+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership or senior role
• Previous experience in a SaaS or high-growth tech environment is strongly preferred
• Deep knowledge of HR principles, practices, and legal requirements across geographies
• Proven track record in talent strategy, employee engagement, and organizational development
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to influence and build trust at all levels
• Experience with modern HR tools and platforms (e.g., BambooHR, Lattice, Greenhouse)
• Nice to Have:
• Global HR experience (especially across North America and EMEA/APAC)
• HR certification (e.g., SHRM-SCP, SPHR)
Compensation:
Base salary:
$100,000-$120,000/year
