Ori Zur - CEO
Ori used his 20 plus years of technological expertise and security knowledge background to create and develop the systems by MS Shift.
Prior to him founding MS Shift in 2005, Ori worked in several well-known branded hotels in New York City. In 2003, while working at The Westin New York at Times Square Hotel,
he began thinking about how an all-inclusive program for a hotel could help solve many of the operational challenges that many departments faced daily.
This laid the fundamental principle for the development of MS Shift, the most innovative, easy to use and comprehensive hotel security software company in the world.
Gary Morgan - VP of Technology
Gary is a hospitality veteran with 30 years of experience as a senior level IT professional with Marriott International at both the corporate and site
level including 15 years as the Director of IT for all of The Ritz-Carlton Hotels. He has successfully led system installations and integrations of new
hotel openings for more than 30 Luxury and Full-Service hotels as well the integration and conversion for major acquisitions.
Prior to Marriott, he was the primary developer of Miracle, the Group Sales and Conference Services software from Florian Corporation in the late 1980s.
Gary is a leader and mentor to many in the field of Hospitality Technology.
Catherine Gordon - VP of Sales & Marketing
Catherine has 20 years of sales strategy and development experience as a founder of DMS, a logistics software company where,
as Director of Operations & Finance she supported 62 acquisitions and integrations across 3 continents and a NASDAQ IPO.
She spent 9 years at Oce managing large operational restructuring projects for Fortune 500 companies, generating over $100 million in new business contracts.
She was the Head of Sales and Operations for an online retailer, GraduationSource; an Inc 500 company – one of the fastest growing private companies in the US.
Most recently, she was the Director of Business and Sales Operations for MindBody. Catherine has a Six-Sigma Green Belt and a Masters from Harvard University.
Zvonko Momcilovic - Senior Software Architect
Zvonko brings over 20 years of software development, architecture and leadership experience. Most recently he was a senior development leader with Metso Experture,
a global performance industrial software company. He was responsible for all solutions architecture design and decisions for the software and managed large on-site and offshore teams.
Currently, he is spearheading the development of COVID-19/ Health Screening systems for our customers at MS Shift. He has a Master’s in Mathematics and Computer Science.
Rajan Lai - SPHR, SHRM-SCP - VP Human Resources
Rajan is a consummate Human Resources professional with over 30 years of experience at major growth brands in the hotel, gaming and restaurant industries.
Rajan excelled in turning talent acquisition and leadership development into an instrument for business transformation, which advanced corporate strategy,
developed agile leaders and coalesced in culture.
Throughout his career, Rajan has been a mentor to many aspiring hospitality professionals. He is a Board Member of the N.Y.C Society of Human Resources Management
and serves on its Leadership Council. Rajan is a graduate (M.P.S.) from the School of Hotel Management, Cornell University and an M.B.A.
from The Oberoi Center of Learning & Development. Rajan loves to travel, playing all sports and has an abiding passion for studying history.
Eddie Chan - Director of IT
Eddie has been with MS Shift for over 10 years. He oversees all major product development and releases as well as manages the company’s key Infrastructure,
information security, and compliance. Eddie has successfully implemented MS Shift software at hundreds of properties across the globe.
He also supervises our top-notch development team; turning our clients’ visions and requests into reality with projects ranging from cloud migration to the
development of the MS Shift mobile application for Android, iPhones, iPods and iPads. Eddie has a bachelor’s degree in computer science from Stony Brook University.
