Daily Activity Report

MS SHIFT Daily Activity Log was designed to eliminate the paperwork needed by Loss Prevention teams to write down all daily activities. Loss Prevention teams can now record all of their daily activities into an electronic log. With easy to use software and customizable information drop-downs, the system will save users time on data entry while providing an organized and detailed activity log.

Our solution is fully hosted on a protected Cloud where all of your data is stored securely. Each user has a unique user name and password and the system can be used by others simultaneously. Management with administrative access to the system can easily maintain the software and its users at the property level.

Tailored for Safety & Security Officers on the move, our MS SHIFT iOS application allows officers to do real time searches of events that were dispatched to them. They can easily close pending events, add additional notes and attach pictures while being out in the field. This will reduce radio traffic, ensuring a fast and efficient workflow.

Administrators can assess officer’s productivity levels and generate reports directly from their desk. Our highly customization filters and advanced reporting tools can help management effortlessly extract crucial information and easily identify trends.

Incident Reporting

MS SHIFT Incident Reporting is designed to streamline your organization’s reporting process. With a centralized database, you can ensure that your reporting process is auditable and transparent. The search and summary tools allow your organization to easily track incidents, gaining a clear picture of trends, dangerous conditions and areas of potential exposure and liability.

The system features several custom report types. Each of the templates is backed by extensive discussion, feedback and field use by security industry professionals. We have focused our Incident Reporting abilities to identify problems to reduce costs associated with Worker’s Compensation claims and other areas of liability. With the ability to attach photos, documents and videos, our solution allows you to generate comprehensive incident reports that consolidates all your information in one system.

In today’s litigious society, MS SHIFT Incident Reporting retains clear audit trail capabilities for any information that was inputted. A detailed modifications report allows management to track any alterations and addendums that were made while our fine-grained permission system gives administrators full control over each user’s access.

Reporting in the Field
When used in conjunction with the MS SHIFT iOS App, users can easily add follow up information and capture pictures for existing reports during their investigations.

Officers will also have the ability to start drafting new reports on the go. Pre-populated with lists of common incident types, custom property locations and associate names, our mobile solution makes reporting out in the field quick and effortless.

Patrol

With its dependability and ease-of-use, MS SHIFT Patrol ensures that officers operate at a higher level of productivity because their progress is being monitored.

MS SHIFT Patrol will provide your officers with an efficient tool in which they can prove and document where they were and when they were there. With the MS SHIFT mobile application, officers who are out in the field will be able to report issues, capture photographs, input data and view information directly from their Apple devices. This offers a flexible on-the-go solution that will minimize the amount of time spent on data entry.

During a security tour, officers can easily suspend their patrol to perform other tasks like drafting an incident report or reporting a found item. Upon completion, they will be able to upload all the data that was collected to generate a digital patrol report. From those records, officers can isolate issues to be forwarded to the appropriate departments to be addressed.

Management will be able to generate comprehensive reports based on accumulated data, allowing them to monitor risk management issues. In addition, they will be able to implement standard patrol times based on the data gathered.

Keys

MS SHIFT Keys is a simple solution to a serious yet common problem – tracking the keys in your facility. With a central database of key checkouts and returns, signing keys in and out has never been easier. No more unaccounted for keys!

Workflow
MS SHIFT Keys is a drop-in replacement for the classic sign-out sheet method of managing key assignments. Because of its simple workflow, it can be integrated into your existing key assignment process with a little change for key recipients.
An optional Signature Pad or Scanner will save you time while increasing accuracy and accountability.

Automated Alerts
MS SHIFT Keys Alert highlights keys that have been signed out for more than a given length of time and have not been returned.

Shift Key Inventories

Visitor’s Kiosk
Enhance your hotel with cutting-edge technology with our Visitor Kiosk! Visitors and contractors can use the integrated touchscreen to easily register or sign-in, decreasing execution time and increasing productivity within the Safety & Security team. Detailed visitor information is captured quickly and accurately, stored, and easily accessed for the visitor’s next visit. Visitors’ photos are captured during initial registration for added security and accountability, which are then stored as part of the visitors’ profiles. Visitors and contractors check in through the kiosk mount and will be directed to Security to obtain a printed photo ID badge, optimizing your property’s visitor management process overall.

Visitor Badge Printers
The visitor badge printers work extremely fast, allowing you to print badges in mere seconds. MS SHIFT will design and issue professional passes to know who, where and why each visitor is on your premise.

With our advanced color solution, your hotel can print full-color visitor badges with high quality photos. The Security department can incorporate a daily color code into the badge to ensure old passes cannot be reused and that visitors are only allowed in areas they have permission to visit. From the guest perspective, your daily hotel operation will appear professional and secure.
